Description
When I was a young boy, my momma bought me a tiny Casio keyboard from a Sears Bargain Centre. Now Sears is gone, and Casio isn't cool anymore.
Or is it? Anyhoo...

But how do you play, son? Glad you asked. Listen carefully to a sequence of notes and play them back in the correct order to form a word. This is a fun, well designed game that actually serves an educational purpose.
Offline play? - Yes
Offline play is quite the dealbreaker for me. When I don’t have WiFi and I want to play some games, I don’t want to use up my data.
Good design? - Yes
Personally, I love games that have a more ‘simple’ design. It’s not for everyone and I see why. I love the colour scheme and overall design. Though, I do think the intro screen is quite pointless since it only has one button which is to play.
Ads? - Yes
You can remove the ads for £1.99. Obviously there are ads in most free games. Especially games with no in-app purchases (except the price to remove the ads) and that is completely understandable. In my opinion, the ads are not annoying and don’t show up too often.
Any bugs? - Not from my experience
For me, the game has run smoothly and I have nothing to point out for fixing.
Would I recommend? - Yes
I would recommend this game to anyone who wants to learn the different notes by just hearing them, in a fun way or anyone who wants to just improve their skill, since you can adjust difficulty. It’s very effective and I have realised the more I play it, I actually am getting better. Even if you are not a musical person, this is honestly a nice place to just start. You might find that you’re good at it.
Great stuff
Here’s a genuinely musical app. Develop pitch discrimination in a fun way. Well done to the developers. A tip to developer - I noticed that with level 117 (the final level) it kept repeating the same question. A small thing. Hey, my aural is good but I can barely tie my shoe laces. Enjoy.
Meh
The buttons to get through the intro text look kind of naff, the keys on the keyboard to submit etc aren’t intuitive.
The example notes being played are really slow and take ages and there’s no option to speed them up, and you do like two or three and then of course there’s an advert that you’re forced to watch which comes on with full sound because you’ve got the volume turned up.
It could be a decent game to try to learn perfect pitch with ux improvements and without the stupid adverts.
