The analysis is mediocre, doesn’t tell you what to fix you have to post for others to comment on - which there are too many people who want the same help - the app doesn’t do this for you. Once you use a photo to see ur face ratios, shape and levels of oil hyperpigmentation, etc it doesn’t allow u to input another picture to retry. It is very pricey for what it does and I wouldn’t recommend since the feedback you get are not as advertised.

so I saw a video on tiktok which was sponsoring this app so I thought to download it I signed up and then saw that you had to pay 4.99 a week anyways I picked a photo and then once I had done that I choose another photo after already paying however it did not let me choose another one I then logged out and tried to log back in but it had stolen my password so I was unable to get back in 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Hi! Sorry for your experience. Your password was not "stolen", but if you forgot it, let us know! Our support email is monitored daily (looksglo@looksglo.com). We also make it clear before you sign up that the face scan is a one-time scan due to the high cost to us.

1. You have to sign up which defeats confidentiality of biometric data.
2. Subscription paid, you're not even able to test whether at least one of the features work accurately.
3. Looks like a gimmick so they can steal passwords. Do not recommend to anyone

Yes, you must sign up so that we can associate your subscription with your account and allow you to use the social features of the app. Yes, the subscription is paid because the skin analysis technology is very expensive. Our description clearly states that. No, there is no "gimmick" and we are not stealing personal information or passwords—they are encrypted and converted to hash for security, so we cannot retrieve them.
