This is the best camera we’ve ever had, it does everything it says it does, the quality is insane. Super fast and easy to install. If you’re looking for a camera, then I highly recommend this one. You’ll not be disappointed.

Poor connectivity and features.

The idea of this baby monitor is great however in practice it’s not so good. There are multiple times when either my wife or I can get a reliable picture on our phones. When we are home and connected to WiFi it constantly tries to use our data connections rather than WiFi to connect to the camera which is smashing our data allowance on our contracts!

Also to add its really disappointing the app is only for iPhone and not iPad. There’s a serious trick being missed there. If you need to use your iPad and your viewing the monitor you then can’t use your iPad and the same with the iPhone. Fine you can go audio mode only but what’s the point when you have video? I want to be able to see her. Now if they actually bothered to develop a stand alone iPad app then you could use picture in picture and still be able to continue to use your iPad whilst keeping an eye on your little one.

Over all the iPhone app needs work, disappointed and wish I had have bought another stand alone baby monitor when I replaced our original one.

Disappointed

Unfortunately the camera doesn’t do everything it says it does. Depends on very particular wifi parameters, while we have no issue at all with the other devices in the flat, this monitor seems to require very specific ghz which i am able to find o my on the hallway of the building, clearly the monitor does not take into account flats where connection will be 5ghz as opposed to 2ghz (which means longer distance from the router in simple terms).
The Support team is useless, making suggestions that would not be practical, such as move the crib next to the router. My router is in the corridor.
The number of notifications is shocking. 90 notifications within an hour to tell me the temperature is outside of the range i have set. And again the support’s suggestion was to increase the range so I don’t get notifications 🤦🏻‍♀️
Cry detection doesnt work if you play music from the camera, so when am I supposed to play music if i want the essential feature of cry detection to be enabled?
Too expensive and for the added feature of temperature and humidity you need to spend a lot of money on a sensor which is more expensive than some other monitor brands.

Truly disappointed and regret having bought it
