Lock Notes - Passcode Protect 4+

I used to like the app a lot. It ran into problems not allowing me to edit any information I’d already entered. After a couple of email communications with the developer over a few weeks, I’m pleased to say the app has been fixed! I’m now happily recommending it to friends & family. For an initial £2.99 UK GBP Pro Upgrade, you get so much for your money! : Securing saving your important data to iCloud; ability to set up a passcode and a Touch ID/Face Unlock as well as a Recovery Email as well as a Security Q & A: ALL THESE ENSURE YOU ALWAYS HAVE SECURE ACCESS TO ALL YOUR SAVED NOTES. Brilliant App!

After the upgrade to IOS 11, the native Apple Notes App began randomly self deleting important notes without saving them to iCloud. When this happened a 5th time this time to an important note I finally had enough & looked for an alternative I could Copy/ paste existing notes over to.

I initially chose this as I wanted something simple that worked (& I thought was free). The moment I downloaded this App, it wanted £2.99 to allow me to open a blank note. (I was panicking over the loss of my cherished Apple notes so agreed). I shouldn’t have bothered . .

This app places individual note headings under a ‘hood’ at the top of the screen for each note (meaning there is no way to go back & edit the top line without deleting it). Then when I tried to set up the native in app cloud storage option it wanted another £7.99 (annually). I didn’t pay . .

At this point I finally decided I had had enough of this app. After another App Store search I found “Simplenote”, instead which has no limitations, is way more versatile by default & does everything this app does (without any retroactive header editing bug), for Free!

Do yourself a favour & bypass the in-app bug this contains, & also save yourself (at the very least) £2.99 (& get any expanded functionality options for free) by instead downloading the fuss free “Simplenote” app instead. I only wish I had before parting with my cash!

Downloaded made a few notes all good woke up next day opened app wrote another note and now stuck with no way of page when app closed and reopened comes back to the page with no way back. When I go to support, support links me with another app. Now it says on App Store this app that's plainly on my phone needs to be downloaded so I did and know I have two on screen but the one I was using still don't have any way bake to notes I wrote.
Strange no Suport and when sending this review with one star it doesn't send. I'll try another star
