Face detection error
Face detection is always on error. It tells me to blink and when I do it it goes black then said error.
What can I do now?
Every updates make the app worse and wose
User interface was old-fashion but it was functional and supported essential features. However, this application cannot deliver such basic features it did before e.g. showing transcation details without requesting for a statement or reciewing your funds on the app. I would say they develop it backward. I strongly don’t recommend this updated that bringing the performance dated back to 10 years ago.
Also, I consider to close my account with KT bank because of poor UX and UI of their online banking.
Crashes on iPhone 11 Pro Max running 13.2.2 and beyond
Was a good stable app, now after upgrading to a new iPhone 11 Pro Max running 13.2.2, the app crashes when I try to enter my user id.
Now updated my phone to iPhone 13 Pro Max. App has been updated to only use a mobile network, it can no longer use Wi-Fi, so it won’t work on a Wi-Fi only iPad.
It now seems to be confused by dual-sim and eSIm, which is used in Thailand and has been a feature of some iPhones for a few years.
The app now will not allow login unless more identification checks are carried out at a branch. From what I’ve been told, it has trouble identifying Thai mobile number on a dual SIM iPhone.
Technology in reverse.
