With the Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking app, your banking transactions are more convenient with these features:
• Lock & Unlock accounts to prevent transfers, top ups and payments
• View all types of deposits, credit cards, mutual funds, government bonds and Bualuang loan accounts
• Request Thai baht and FCD account statements
• Open an e-Savings account
• Make cardless withdrawals at Bualuang ATMs, 7-Elevens and Thailand Post offices
• Conveniently invest in mutual funds. Open a mutual fund account and make a first-time buy order for a new fund or during an IPO period, sell and switch mutual funds, DCA subscription, etc.
• Open a government bonds account, buy, make payments for reservations of government bonds in the “Loyalty Program” and subscribe to corporate debentures
• Buy government bonds on the secondary market
• Make a Bualuang home loan payment and request the Bank to submit housing loan information to the Revenue Department for a convenient tax deduction claim
• Add a Foreign Currency Deposit Account (FCD) and transfer to your own FCD account

How to apply:
For customers without a Bangkok Bank account
• Open an e-Savings account and apply for mobile banking and debit card services in-app
For customers with a Bangkok Bank account
• Download the application and use your Bangkok Bank debit or credit card to apply
- If you apply with a debit card and a non-registered mobile no. with the Bank, you will only be able to view your account details linked to the debit card. You can request to use all functions at Bualuang ATM or Bangkok Bank branches.
- If you apply with a credit card, you will only be able to view your credit card details. You can request to use all functions at Bangkok Bank branches.

Facial security Failure..
The facial security for certain transactions is very dysfunctional. It only works in near perfect light conditions which in a tropical country are not easy to find . I find it a real pain and on more than one of occasion I’ve had to use a different payment method ..

Adequate lighting helps the system accurately capture your facial features, reducing the chances of errors. For the facial recognition process, please ensure you are in a well-lit area to complete the scan. To facilitate easier scanning, we recommend presenting your face without obstructions such as hair or glasses. Position your face in the frame, look at the camera, and follow the instructions. Error as occurred
I want to use the MyQR function to recieve funds but whenever I go into the app to load my QR it automatically says “an error has occurred”. It does this every time I restart the app as well. Would love if it is fixed.

Payee search function no longer working.
Since the latest update, the payee search function has stopped working.
e.g. Pay Bills > Select Payee > Search > (Enter “ 123 Payservice”)
Nothing happens.
