How to Access Cinema Soundbar and Fives, Sevens, and Nines Virtual Remote Capabilities:
Cinema 1200, 800, and 700
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the soundbar be running the latest update. This normally happens automatically when the soundbar has been connected to the Internet, either via Klipsch Connect or Google Home. If your device has not been connected to the Internet, please contact our Product Support Team for assistance. See details below.
The Fives, The Sevens, and The Nines, including McLaren Editions
Virtual Remote Control and EQ features require the powered monitors be running the latest update. If you have not updated your Fives already, please download the free "Klipsch The Fives Updater" app. This will walk you through the update process. After the update is complete, all future updates will come through Klipsch Connect. Our Product Support team can walk you through the entire process. Simply reach out to us at:

Where has the equaliser gone???
A poor app.
Need to turn everything off and back on for the vague chance that the app will ‘connect’ with the soundbar 800.
When it does eventually connect (after about 30 attempts and 30 minutes of trying) then it offers VERY FEW options
However a superb update a few weeks ago allowed for a graphic equaliser to increase manually or select the presets.
But today… gone!
EQ is nowhere to be seen.
Sadly a very finicky app and very poor connectivity.
But the promise and very short term of the EQ feature is a big disappointment.
Please update!

Bluetooth Speaker
This is an excellent product. I finally have quality sound from my phone, radio and CD player. My only negative is the off switch requires being held down for an excessive amount of time to turn off the speaker yet only a second to turn on. I often press to turn off then come back hours later only to find it is still on.
Need support for the fives
I updated my firmware for the fives with this app but there are no other functions. This is much needed as my soundbar app has more features and customisation which can make it sound better than the fives.
