Love it but it won’t let me get to login rewards

Me and my boyfriend have been in love with this game since we got it and it’s kind of like a little challenge to see who gets the most maidens or good heros although for some reason every time I try to go into the login gifts my game crashes and kicks me out of the app meaning I can’t claim my rewards and I most likely have loads built up from the length of time I’ve been playing but only just realised when my boyfriend pointed it out as I just brushed it off normally. So love the game just a little glitch is really irritating

Laggy with slow support

Really got into this game but as the server gets full the game is constantly lagging.

I’ve now quit the game after spending a couple of hundred pounds over the past 2 weeks in preparation for power event buying up all the small packages so I could have a shot a winning an event - so the day has arrived its power event yey- Ive used all my saved up goods and I’m 1st brilliant , so I continue spending to increase my lead to ensure I lock this event in the bag. Now there’s a problem the pack won’t load , I waited a good few hours and still nothing loaded , so I go to buy the pack again and it tell me I’ve already purchased so now I can restore for free, yey , at this stage the game just loads and loads and loads and loads Basically crashed, done this a few times same thing, I contact support and get no answer, so I think hopefully tomorrow it sorts it self out. Wake up to same bs and still can’t purchase or restore the pack I’ve been charged for basically killing my chance of keeping first , and of course still no response from the support staff while I watch the money I did put into this game for this event go to waste as I’m now second which I wouldn’t be if this bug hadn’t struck!
In all if you invest any money here expect your issues to be ignored until the event your playing is over and the money you have spent is completely wasted.

Ridiculous in many ways

I have played for less then a week. Somehow my army is in the tens of millions. I throw then at the enemies who have waves containing hundreds of thousands. I have gone through so many people that if this was in anyway realistic there should be no people left because they all died in war.
You have heroes and that’s fine, but then you hit the lvl 100 limit quickly and then you find out to go past lvl 100 requires certain items that don’t drop unless i can defeat at least 3 more bosses. And level 100 heroes don’t seem to cut it. So unless i can break this stupid thing I’m going to probably give up. The only thing i see that may drop it is to torture 1 guy i have captured but cant torture without torturing 5 guys before him then the game runs out of energy to torture. If i could choose to torture this guy first instead of having to torture the same idiots every day before being able to torture him it would be much appreciated.

So like i say it has some strange things about it.
