Bad customer service
I wouldn’t want to give any star if possible as their customer services as well as freezing our transaction whenever they want without our concern.
The worst customer service ever🚫🚫🚫🚫
I don't even wanna write how bad their service and mindset is. The most unethical bank and service you can find on earth 👎🏻. If there is any rating lower than 1 star, count me in. They truly deserve it. ❌❌❌❌❌
EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
Unreliable, non-trustworthy and unethical bank for their consumers. They illegally freeze the accounts of the customers without valid reasons and raid the people’s hard earned money. Totally dangerous bank. Please never ever use this KBZ Bank and their KBZ Kpay.
