Complicated and not user friendly
It is very confusing app. Every time they change a new version, you need to learn everything again. Very difficult to log in to the app. OTP does not come whenever you need it.
KBZ team should learn from CB bank app which is very simple and efficient.
Problems with logging
This is the worst banking app ever. Whenever I want to open the app it asks me to update even though my app is totally updated. After coming in App Store I can open the app. Without the help of App Store I cannot open the banking app. It’s really very iritating.
