Massive upgrade for my business
I’ve been using Jobber for about 18 months now and it’s transformed my working week massively! I read some recent negative reviews and frankly I don’t think they understand the power of this software. I was at the point where I couldn’t keep all the info in my head or on sticky notes any more, chasing overdue invoices, booking in services and call-outs, remembering call, visit, contact or do something important.
I looked at many software options but jobber is the best for me by far. I’m a sole trader and I now have access 24/7 to all of my data on mobile, tablet and pc not just from the desktop when in the office like many software systems. My customers are really really impressed with all the reminders, online invoice payment option etc. I also get more jobs that I quote for because the quotes look so good and can be easily understood, they even have all the product images so I feel I beat the competition on a more professional business appearance.
Maybe it’s expensive for some but I don’t work late or at weekends catching up on paperwork or doing endless quotes anymore and that’s down to jobber. I link it to QuickBooks for accounting and Feefo via Zapier to generate a review request automatically, it’s so much easier to run a business with jobber, especially for me as a sole trader and I couldn’t manage my work load without it.

Jobber review 7 months in...
Jobber is a swift, well thought out, tried, tested and proven SaaS solution. Not a start up, they’ve been going for a decade or so meaning a lot of common problems with software implementation are now resolved. We’ve been using Jobber for 7 months now to run our business from cradle to grave and can honestly say our goals of transforming visibility, general organisation and communication (particularly when integrating Jobber to Slack via Zapier) have been comprehensively exceeded. The general framework of Jobber facilitates running any kind of business, however, as with any tool out there of this type, it’s as good as the data you feed it...given the various customisation aspects of the system, this key component is also well considered and resolved. There’s constant agile development and releases (indeed, we’ve seen numerous improvements in the time we’ve been using Jobber), coupled with a slick, prompt and kind support team (who are always happy to help whether online or over the phone) make this a very powerful solution. We are delighted we found Jobber so on behalf of everyone in our business, a big thank you to the awesome team!

The answer to all my handyman business problems!
Over the five years or so I've been running my business, I've patches together a hodgepodge mix of platforms, services, habits, hacks, and integrations, which have allowed me to just about stay on top of my work.
In the last few months, it's become painfully apparent that using my email inbox as a to-do list, project management tool, and CRM is not sustainable.
I've tried a few other solutions in the past (Trello, Copper, Powered Now) but they all felt like an uphill struggle and a compromise from the outset. For me, Jobber was totally different. I could see immediately how it would a) solve my current problems, and b) create a more resilient framework upon which to expand my business.
I've only been using Jobber for a week or two, so time will tell but, for the moment, I'm genuinely excited to be using it.
The onboarding, customer support, and general vibe of the company is first class. I get the impression that the people there really believe in the product they're developing, and I'm looking forward to seeing what other features they create!
