Great app, could do a little more
Ideal app for schools / businesses. You can essentially place a load of pre-vetted apps in to an in-house App Store, and users can grab them as and when needed.
This is ideal as not all users want all apps... some schools/businesses push all apps to all users, which means that devices get bloated with apps that the users don’t want or need. Taking this approach can also help organisations to reduce licensing costs.
That being said - one thing that it’s missing is that it doesn’t pull through the ‘web links’ that you configure (however Mac does).
Also - as an FYI, I wasn’t able to review this app despite using it for 12 months (or more) because I didn’t ‘own’ it... it was pushed from my company. I therefore had to get the app from another Apple ID that is linked via family sharing so that I could review it... just a heads up as this is likely why there are so few reviews.

I use Self Service in our 1:1 iPad and Mac education environment to empower our users to download apps whenever and wherever they need them. The ability to feature apps inspires them to try a new app in their workflow and by using MAIDs our learners are prepared to take charge of their own learning. The ability to customised the look with the school/ company brand is amazing and adds to the professional look and feel to compliment Jamf Pro.
