PagerDuty for iOS allows you to:
* Receive unlimited push notification alerts and set custom sounds for alerts

* View incident details, grouped alerts, and resolution timelines at a glance
* View your on-call timeline and team schedules, and book overrides for yourself or your teammates
* Access a contact list of all users in your account and their contact information
* Create new incidents directly from the mobile app
* Loop in responders for additional help
* Execute custom actions (like restarting servers, running diagnostics, etc.) on incidents

What's new in version 8.04:
You can now view and edit Incident Types from the Incident Details Screen. Incident types allows organizations to define how specific incidents behave in order to align them with their bespoke operational processes—whether it’s a Major Incident or a Security Incident, or a custom type.

Prefer the app to browser version
Great functionality, and all the tools you need for incident resolution at your fingertips. So much easier to navigate than the browser equivalent
Good app but could be great
We use pager duty at work and the app on the most part is really good.
The more recent versions the “my open incidents” view is no longer the first page view and I can’t find a way to set that. It’s pretty annoying having to hit an extra button to get to that view. So an option to set a default view would be great.
I would also really LOVE car play support. I often get alerts while driving and being able to ack an alert from my cars screen would be a godsend! (Happy to help with testing this too.
But over all pager duty is great (even if the alert tones are the thing of nightmares after a few busy on call nights)

Great, but no widgets
It’s a great app, but where are the widgets? We need Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets please
