Poor response for our flight
I had a flight from Mumbai to Goa in Akasa airline , we we late for checkin but flight time was 2.50 pm and we reached airport by 2.15 but then also they didn’t allowed us to board , we tried online webcheckin 3 times from ixigo and even from Akasa but webcheckin error was there , we were 9 members they didn’t even bother to reschedule our flight and even ixigo didn’t helped
Atleast from site which we booked should help us for some extent , this is not a good response to customer.
I prefer not to book from ixigo and even on Akasa airline , there is no management for Akasa airline

Do not use travel guarantee option big con!
I booked train ticket with travel guarantee option. It was showing 92 percent chance of travel. However have to wait for seat chart on day of travel which is only issued 4 hours of travel and we had to leave 6 hours earlier to reach station. On journey to station saw that ticket had not been confirmed so had to try book for following day. We used the travel guarantee refund coupon to do this and again opted for travel guarantee in case same happens again. However unbeknown to us the travel guarantee is automatically cancelled if you use the coupon which is confusing as they insist coupon must be used within 7 days so obviously you will use it for booking the same trip you are trying to make. Now they have cancelled the guarantee and i can’t cancel the ticket as again because its coupon they say i will loose all money. This is a big con just to get us to pay extra at checkout and is of no use actually. You will get stuck if you use this option. Beware!

Easy to use and informative
This app makes travelling by train in India simple. Clear and informative and easy to use. I failed to get set up for buses as wouldn’t accept by UK mobile number but otherwise it works well.
