Simply an abysmal app, just wrong in everything
Worst. App. Ever. WARNING: app is extremely painful to use and will result in throwing your device out of the window. This app just about sums up Indian public services: inefficient, inaccurate, outdated, appalling user experience. Try selecting a journey date. Hmm, selects wrong date. Select destination station? Nope, I’ll just select a random station for you. You also can’t search for trains from all major stations in a city, you have to select an exact station so you need to have a knowledge of a city’s stations. And try searching for ‘Mumbai Churchgate’. This app lists it as ‘Bmby Church Gte’. I am laughing so much at the stupidity of this app. Seriously, who are the total morons who developed this app, utterly clueless. Who on earth is giving it 5 stars?! The developer’s family and friends, I am guessing. The whole IRCTC booking process is dire. A search on IRCTC app and you are brought here, another app. An app that you cannot use unless you have an Indian mobile. Wow, just wow. In short, just stick to 12go Asia. You pay more but the extra cost is worth it. As a UK visitor with Indian heritage I doubt I will ever want to travel to India again, country is stuck in the 20th century. Dear Apple, please remove this app from your store.

Great User Experience
