Cheaper than official audio guide
Downloaded app for free. You then buy specific guides. I got Herculaneum and a free one. Initially app kept crashing trying to open guide but eventually, after re downloading, it worked. Really good and informative with live map showing where you are. Contacted customer help who were really good. They replied but I didn’t have WiFi so only picked up once home. They would have refunded and had tried to call but I missed it. Overall, good app, great customer service so what’s not to like?
Outdated
This app obviously doesn’t work alongside Herculaneum. Content is outdated including stuff that isn’t open and not including the majority of numbers around the walk which was disappointing that I paid 4 euro at the advice of the info centre outside the station.
Also their contact form doesn’t work so good luck for me getting a refund.
