Slow. When you change the phone number, you get an alert message saying that flexibility is not permitted! 🤷🏿
Horrible experience
Can not add my trips: either it gives an error or it succeed but the trip is not added to the list or it states that the trip has been already added (but it’s not).
No way to see my flights/boarding passes. I had a 2 legs trip and after the first leg the whole trip disappeared and is not accessible anymore.
Also, I did the check in online (a browser in my laptop) but the app kept showing a “check in” button.
Clicking “more” and then “special offers” or “Youth fares” gives an empty pop up where I can only click on an “ok” button.
I can continue but I’ll leave it at this for decency
Navigation broken
Every time the back button is pressed, it goes back to the first screen (the one to select the airports), and deletes every previous selection, independently from where you are in the flow.
It shows that the flight has two stops even if there is only one…the it seems hardcoded.
If the flight is operated by another company there is a label saying “operated by: Label”.
