Description

With the app you can:

SEARCH, BUY AND TRAVEL
Search your next trip with the “Where are you going” button or the purchase button in the menu.
Use the chronology of last trips searched to buy what you need in very few steps.
Buy Trenord tickets, Stibm fares included, one way or round tickets and Malpensa Express tickets for Terminal 1 and Terminal 2.
Safely pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Satispay and save your credit card details for quicker purchases. Save your invoices information to ask for the invoice directly from the app.
Get to the Train Station or continue your trip using Moovit suggestions.
BUY YOUR RAIL PASS OR MULTI-JOURNEY PASS
With the App 3.0 you can buy a 10 trips multi-journey pass and activate single tickets through Tap&Go. You only need to go to “my tickets” in the menu and tap on Carnet.
From now on, you can also buy your rail pass through the app, not only renew it. Select your trip, type of rail pass and add your card.
SAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card or use your Paypal or Satispay account.
In the new app you can save your credit card details for future purchases
MY TICKETS
A new area of the app dedicated to all your tickets, multi-journey pass or rail pass to easily have them when you need them.
Check the validity of tickets and activate your multi-journey pass or your Stibm ticket through Tap&Go.
CUSTOMIZE YOUR HOMEPAGE
The customizable homepage will give you only the information you really need: favourite lines, trains and stations.
From your profile select the vertical or horizontal view of favourites in the homepage.
PROMOTIONS
Check promotion of the day with Discovery Train or the Subscribers promotions. Special prices for many events around Lombardy.

Nice app, easy to use and user friendly.
App insists you must be Italian if you want to make a complaint
Poor app. I wanted to make a complaint. Filled in my details but the app insists I must have been born in Italy. It will not let me change it.
Poor service in August 2024. A rail replacement bus service is in operation between Ponte San Pietro and Bergamo due to engineering works. Fair enough. What is really poor is NO signposts showing where you take the bus from. So we queued, with about 10 other people at the bus stop that says “Course per Bergamo”. There was a bus there that shot off as we all approached. Turns out that was the drop off area and that bus that shot off was heading to the pick up area to Bergamo, which is on the other side of a small industrial block but out of sight.
So we had to ask the next bus driver who came along 15 minutes later and then we had a 40 minute unnecessary wait, all for the lack of signposts from the station. Very poor Tren Nord.
Poorly designed, dysfunctional, useless, broken
This app is almost as bad as Trenitalia’s railway service as a whole: incredibly, a month after introducing a new ticketing system, customers still cannot buy tickets via the app. If you purchase a ticket from Albairate to Milano you get a “non available to buy” message: it’s ridiculous. The level of incompetence and ineptitude is astounding, even for Trenitalia. Considering that most stations of their horrifying light train system - known as passante - have no automatic ticket sellers or even working validating machines it’s impossible for travelers to buy a ticket. This company is a joke. I truly hope that ATM will take over.
