Iris app is an app that helps you seamlessly manage your property right from your mobile device.
Members of your property can use Iris app to generate unique access codes which they & their visitors can use to securely check into and out of your property. As property manager or owner, you get real-time updates on the inflow & outflow of visitors into your property.
You can also use Iris app to send all kinds of notices to members of your property.
With Iris app, you can finally say goodbye to physical, paper-based Visitors Books. Iris app automatically creates and maintains personalized Visitor Books for you, your co-admins as well as members of your property - in which check-ins, check-outs and invitations to the property are made available on-the-go.
You can additionally use Iris app to (1) create chat groups for members of your properties, (2) activate a wide range of personalized services for members of your property, (3) for getting regular security reports of movements in your property etc.
You can use Iris app to manage all kinds of properties including gated communities/estates, office buildings, schools, co-working spaces etc.
