iLux App can connect with Intelligent light equipment by bluetooth 4.0 ( BLE ). It enables you to control lights, adjust color, brightness, modes and set the timer to turn on/off the lights etc.

Ratings and Reviews
App is very buggy
Timed scenes work but on a "once" only basis. The ability to time each day does not work.
Bluetooth is quite limited. Only a small narrow wall can impact the Bluetooth.
Much improved
Updated version is a big improvement with more options to control lights. Only minor gripe is I had re-install lights, which might get annoying if it happens with every update.

The developer, Light EVER, has not provided details about its privacy practices and handling of data to Apple.
