Bought at Christmas and only just been able to put it up

So Bought this at Christmas as another Back up camera to one we already have after the opposite house to us got their window smashed in.
Any way so only just been able to put this up and it’s great, but a few improvements I would make are:
- Not having to pay to detect specific motions (the other camera I have I don’t have to pay for this, I just pay for the back up space like this one)
- it’s a bit slow loading both when opening the app and loading motion alerts
- You have to scroll for a lifetime when looking back on History, it would be better if you could select a date and time frame maybe?
Other than that I think the camera is great for the price I paid, the monthly back up price is reasonable not too expensive and overall everything was an easy set up tbh

Outdoor camera

Love the camera for the price you get a lot more than most expensive cameras provide keep up the good value for top items will look at your products again if I need anything in future, one little pointer though is the need to make a hole if needed that needs to be big enough for a usb power fitting it would be amazing if you could make a connection about same width has the cable which you then click onto usb which would also give you scope to make extension wires if they are needed for power points being further away.

Great camera shame you have extras

I brought this camera due to reviews being great and people saying you didn’t need to pay extra for anything but unfortunately that isn’t the case hence why I can’t give it the full 5 stars. It’s also very complicated to connect to Alexa and will not connect to 5g WiFi
