Good but…
Game has been enjoyable, but as soon as I tried to sync my data from phone to ipad, I lost a lot of progress and this loss ended up being synced on both devices and now there is nothing I can do, currently hoping that customer support will fix this and make it right, if they do I will increase my rating to 5 stars, but right now I am absolutely livid, how can you even let this be a possible bug, why offer the option to sync your data when it clearly doesn’t work! My partner suffered the same issue but luckily she didn’t lose too much progress, I on the other hand have spent a reasonable amount of money to help progress through and earn event rewards, but having my data taken back before that, it’s all just lost! It’s not like restore purchases can help me in this scenario. Truly shocking this is a bug you are just allowing to continue to live on.

Fun but repetitive
I’ve played this game up to factory 10 (of 18) to see how it develops in later stages. Sadly it doesn’t. After a few days of play I paid to get rid of the endless ads and that’s the only money I’ve spent on this. The game could do with more targeted help especially at the beginning when it’s difficult to work out how to progress, so I had to resort to searching for help online. However, I quickly worked out how to maximise cash, coins, experience counters and diamonds. In fact so much cash accumulates that it starts to use mythical values. After millions, billions and trillions you find yourself with aa, ab, ac, ad… etc. The most frustrating aspect of the game, and the reason I’m now getting rid of it, is that every time you unlock a new factory it resets your progress to the beginning. And every factory looks exactly the same, even when you reach ‘ultra modern’ and ‘robotic’ factory. The only thing which changes is that you need increasing numbers of manager cards to speed up your factory. So despite having enough cash to run several countries, and apparently running the most advanced sawing mill on the planet, it gets harder and harder to upgrade your two men sawing logs by hand. If each factory actually looked different, and you could actually use some of your shed loads of money to hire people and buy new machinery, I’d keep this.

Thanks for the feedback! Production starts over again when you move to a new factory. Each new factory has a higher income multiplier, increased rewards, and new features. You keep diamonds, reputation points, Biz points, chests, manager cards, and your Workshop. Pay attention that you can’t come back!
Unsure on this one…
With the classic ‘spend your own money to make the game more enjoyable’ tactics of this game, it feels inevitable you’ll just stop playing it once you’re bored. The upside is it’s addicting for a short while, but if you don’t start spending money, and we’re talking £18 for VIP!!! This game gets a bit, well very, boring. It’s unbelievable a game like this thinks it’s worth £18! Absolutely astonishing, remember the days apps like there were £5 max!!! The main issue with the entire structure of this game is that it centres around building one area, upgrading it all, then starting from scratch again and again. I never really felt like the ‘empire’ was mine, because it would just be ripped up to start again. Also, the money is very off in this game, it can cost upwards of 500b just to upgrade a machine, to another level, let alone get to a level that you can evolve the machine. I constantly ended up with more wood than work, and the game just felt disjointed, relying on crates and extra pointless bloat to attempt to keep you coming back. It’s games like this that are the reason Apple Arcade exists. Deleted within a week.

Thank you very much for the feedback. We will continue to look into the balance of the game and do our best to make improvements to this.
