Lack of update and functionality
The app very rarely update in years. There is lot of functionality in the app but none of them operational. For every single task you have to visit the bank, specially the main branch. The other branch offices staff according to my personal experience, have huge lack in the coordination, professionalism and information comparing to the main branch in Arasat.

اسوء تطبيق ممكن تحصله بالعراق .. للاسف ممكن بسهولة يصير مقبول لكن العاملين على التطبيق لا يراعون حاجات الزبون
