It ain’t good but it ain’t bad ,

Not bad

Not a bad app at all but quite confusing at the same time. When you have a workout to complete on the day it will tell you “2 sets” of each exercise. When you look forward to “Tomorrows” workout routine it then says “3 sets” to do. You then open the app on the day and it then tells you to do “2 sets” of each exercise, when the day before it said you needed to do 3 sets.

Also if you tell the app which muscle group is hurting, it still then tells you that you need to train the muscle group.

I.e I’ve said my hamstrings were feeling pretty sore the day after the first session of the week, it’s then telling me to train hamstrings 3 days straight?

I feel like the app is heading in the right direction and have a huge amount of respect for Dr Mike, I just think the developers need to look into it a bit more.

Then the app is expecting us to pay £60 when it doesn’t work properly?

Underwhelming and buggy

I was hoping that the demo videos would be in app ones but they aren’t so you have to leave the app to go to YouTube and interrupt listening to music, then when I’ve noted on the app that I have sore muscles for a certain group it still insists on giving me work outs for that muscle group. Also it only allows you to record 2 reps when I’d prefer to have 3 so I’m a bit confused about that. Won’t be renewing as it’s just an expensive tracking app really.

No trial

Crazy to think a modern app wants you to pay before you even know what you’re getting. Based on the reviews already listed it’s seems like a pointless waste of money. If I could try for free for like a week I’d be inclined to actually pay as I’d know what I’m getting.
