Description
Hubitat Elevation Mobile App is an accessory to the Hubitat Elevation home automation system.
Users of Hubitat Elevation can use the Mobile App to:
- Access Dashboards to monitor and control devices, arm or disarm Hubitat Safety Monitor, change Modes and more.
- Define a Geofence for Mobile Presence detection based on phone location. The Geofence center defaults to your hub location but can be dragged to any location and the radius set.
- Receive Push Notifications from Hubitat Elevation apps.

1.2.8 - Presence Broken
The presence feature has been working reliably for me until this update. After our phones updated to this version, the app no longer updates our presence when entering or leaving the defined geofence. This has been reported on the Hubitat forum but there has been no response from Hubitat (they have been tagged in comments) The only responses seem to be from other users saying that it is and always has been unusable. Please remove the feature if does not work.
Such a flexible platform, do anything
Hubitat is terrific. A bit of a learning curve, but lots of help online. And you can make it do almost anything you can think of.
App not perfect, but plenty good enough.
Rubbish
This App is poorly built. When checking devices, they are displayed in rooms. Problem is that the rooms are repeated and repeated and …. It also switched on incorrect devices (lights) and did not display correct status of the devices. Tried reinstalling the hub and the App and managed to get number of repeats down to four after only installing two devices. Now removed the App and the Hubitat hub, which will be returned for refund.
