After looking at several inventory apps we decided on this one for its ease of use. My wife and I wanted a straightforward way to list items in the house. After our friends lost their home in a fire, they could not remember some of the ornaments they had when making an insurance claim. If they had an app like this, they would have had evidence of all of these when making an insurance claim. We also rent our house for holiday lets, so it has proved invaluable. We can now quickly check the inventory for damage or loss when the guests have departed.

The app runs on my wife’s phone as well and allows us to both use the app and synchronise what we have entered. All information is backed up to the cloud.

Entering information is simple. You can take photos and enter information as you go and take a photo, or photo first and enter the details later, using as many images or information as necessary for the item. One feature that would have been great for those moving home and packing in boxes, would have been a way to group items in boxes using QR codes to identify what was in the box.

I highly recommended this app to anyone who wants a basic but thorough way to enter home contents without fuss.

Fantastically simple to use and easy to keep up to date.
It’s excellent as a real-time inventory app and has saved me money from buying an item at a show that I already have or checking a bargain price as well .
The only improvement would be if I could save the inventory to a desktop computer as I don’t use the cloud.
Even so , I back up the inventory quite easily between my phone and pad.

I started to use this app but abandoned it because the input is so restricted. Might be better to use Excel !
The form format is fixed so it’s not possible to include any location detail without adding this as a note which is inconvenient. i.e. there may be many items in a lounge, and mot useful to use just “Lounge” as the location ….
That’s ok for big stuff like a chair or TV. But not good enough for small items such as a calculator, a special book or tool. As a weaver, I have very many items that need some exact location … Box 1 …. Top Draw, etc
So just Lounge or hobby rm is not enough and the lack of a sub-location or flexibility to add such renders this app completely useless to me. In it’s current form I am not able to recommend this app for anything more than as a simple list or items. That are to be found somewhere in a large (ish) area
