Need help since latest update unable to connect via Bluetooth and now leds are stuck on factory light colour with no sync, have power rebooted install and un install app nothing has worked. Before update of app everything was working perfect?

I don’t know about you, but this app really works for me and it’s not even in the list of the devices that I can use. I’m using an iPad to change the colour because my iPhone does not have a anymore space this is the perfect app. If you don’t know how to use the remote control or if you lose the remote control, it does everything it says it does, and I really do not understand why people are rating it so badly if it was up to me to rate the app, it would be a 5 out of five stars

I set up my LED lights and installed this as instructed. The first day the app was absolutely amazing, controlling the lights and using features to automatically change colours and lots of other features. I was happy with the functionality and ease and f use. Unfortunately the very next day (I believe there was an update) the feature settings disappeared from the app. I have restarted my device as well as deleted the app and reinstalled according and to no avail, the features are all gone. Yes, the light can be turned on and off and colours can be changed manually but the features were the main point for installing the app so the lights could change randomly with ease.
