Alright but won’t be getting this one again.

My cat has unfortunately managed to damage my LED strip light, so I will have to buy a new one. But unlike previously, I won’t be buying LED strips that connect to this app. This app was good at first, but then more and more pop up ads started appearing which is already a bit ridiculous considering we’ve already bought the lights. But now, it’s progressed to even playing video adverts instead of just pop ups that you can close. Sometimes when you open the app just to change the colour of the light, it tries to make you watch a 30 second advert beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous in my opinion and has really let it down. Was good at first, but is now bad. Also have noticed they stopped responding to reviews last year June.

hi there, i purchased your LED strip lights a couple weeks ago, i just found out about the app and downloaded it, the problem is when i go to connect my device nothing is coming up, i have turned the lights on and off and have bluetooth on, i you could tell me what’s wrong i would appreciate it:)

About how the app connects to the device

1. Click "Home" to enter the control interface that matches the device, and the App will automatically scan and connect to the device.

2. Check the connection status of the device (click the button in the upper right corner of the control interface, the device information list will expand, and you can check whether the device is discovered and connected)

3. If your device does not appear in the device list or cannot be connected to the device, ①check whether the Bluetooth permission is enabled; ②don't connect the device in the phone settings (it will cause the APP to fail to connect to the device); ③enter the wrong device control interface; ④Restart the power of the device (the device freezes or is connected by other Bluetooth)

4. If the above steps did not help you solve the problem, please find the after-sales card in the box. Our after-sales team is at your service 24 hours a day

easy to connect, music and timer tricky to use

this app automatically connected to my strip lights straight away, once I had registered and made an account. I allowed it access to my Bluetooth, and that was it ! I was very pleased, and my device popped up in the top right corner.

The app functions are great if you want a more specific colour of lighting, or if you want to experiment with themes such as strobe lighting and pulses ( which are limited on the remote )

However- the music feature is limited to Apple Music only, limiting you to the music you play and the timer function doesn’t seem to allow you to actually change the time which you want your strip lights to turn on and off which is a bit pointless.

Apart from those 2 things, the app was easy to use and understand, and I highly recommend downloading if you had recently purchased strip lights for your bedroom like me :)

Sorry for the inconvenience
1. Since this application is not a music application, we cannot obtain music copyrights either
2. Due to Apple’s privacy restrictions, you cannot access music on other apps
3. If you want to synchronize music, you need to download the MP3 files you need from the Internet to the computer, and then synchronize from the computer to the phone
