Description
HartiCare is a simple app to connect care givers with their clients. Clients can answer regular scheduled care questions quickly and easily. Care givers can see summarised client progress and insights at a glance.
* Connect easily - Care givers can connect with and manage many clients. Clients simply scan an invite QR code or tap a link to connect.
* Scheduled Questions - Care givers can set up regular automated care questions. Clients give answer choices and images with just a few taps.
* Simple Summaries - Care givers can see summary images and charts at a glance, collated automatically from client responses.
* Gentle Alerts - Care givers can be reminded and see at glance when their clients may need additional follow-up contact.
