Hammock is the accounting platform for landlords. We provide banking, automated bookkeeping, tax statement services and financial performance metrics for rental properties.

Hammock is changing this. We help landlords save time and money by giving them access to their property finances in real-time and on the go.

Rent collection monitoring: receive notifications for all payments received, and alerts for any missing/late ones;

Bookkeeping: reconcile all transactions with the relevant properties and tenancies, all in real-time. You can take a picture of receipts and invoices and attach them directly from your camera roll;

Property tax statements: your rental income and expenses are always up-to-date, ready to share with your accountant or for your reference, if you file your own taxes;

Financial performance metrics: keep track of the performance of your investment. You can have 24/7 access to your Loan-To-Value ratios, rental yields, arrears, and all the main metrics to track your rental properties;

Reminders: set expiry dates on compliance documents (insurance, gas certificate, EICR) and we'll let you know when it's time to take action. No more missed deadlines.
