Useful tool, minus 1 star because…
I would like to be able to put more filters in. For instance we need a property that needs a large outbuilding.. I have to wade through loads of unnecessary properties, generally trying to read in the blurb looking for what I want. If you could filter better it would be perfect! Oh yes, and draw the area your looking in.. as it’s not necessarily circular. We are looking near the A20 or along a river.
Very informative site for rural France
This is a very informative site if buying a property in rural France, from the most luxurious home to the simplest. The French is correctly translated into English and you can find out just the right amount of information to enable you to choose whether to follow up, with a visit.I cannot recommend it too highly.
Great start
Simple as that, great start. Now they just need to make it more interactive on each property page (allowing you to click in for more details) and also allow you to login so you can favourite properties.
They would also do well to have recommendations linked to each property to keep people browsing.
