Update to this app version for bug fixes, performance improvements, and a fresh new design.

Beyond disappointing.

Seriously, life is too short to try and get this stupid, buggy app to work. I gave up. And don’t expect to get any help from GQ’s own team - after 2 rounds of generic emails their best call was visit apple/support. Go buy Esquire instead, which is better written and works like a charm. D minus.

There was a time where you could only use the app and read the purchased magazines when connected to WIFI or equivalent. This has been fixed.

I now prefer downloading the issues. The US version of GQ is much better than the UK version in my opinion. Better digitally designed and is a pleasure to read. For £14 a year this is much cheaper than me buying a $60 shipped version!

Almost there

Version 3.7 - My June edition nicely downloaded automatically which is great.

Please, please, get the Advertisements at the same visual quality as the rest of the magazine. Lots of them still look really poor on the retina iPad especially as the editorial content is now optimized for the new display.
