Latest “update” is worse in every way!
The most recent “update” to the app has rendered it virtually useless, stripping out all the interactivity and replacing it with glorified PDF files, which also happen to be laid out in a minuscule (and unchangeable) font size that renders all text unreadable unless you have the keen vision of a fighter pilot. In short, all the waffle in the release notes about improved ease of navigation is simply hot air, meant to mask the reality of a debasement whose primary driver seems to be reducing production costs for the publisher, readers be damned. If I could downgrade to the old version I would, but since Apple doesn’t cater for that option, I’ve been forced to simply cancel my subscription outright. There’s no point in my paying for a bunch of slides laid out in a manner I can’t read.
