Frustrating
You have to keep logging back into the app every few days. It doesn't support Face/TouchID so you have to log in manually with a password. It's so annoying to have to keep doing that at the store checkout while people queuing behind you have to wait.
Also, many checkout scanners have problems reading the QR code and you need to increase the screen brightness to get it to work.

Terrible
I received feedback from the GoRewards team, which has taken them so far over 36 months, without a solution and their most recent opening email message to me wrote: “sorry for your recent GoRewards problem“!!
Are they joking… “recent”???, seriously?!
I’ve been asking for support on how to correct errors with my GoRewards account and still no solution after 1.5 YEARS!!!…. WALOB’s!
Poor performance and not showing some details
Lately I cannot see my cards linked thru gorewards app but I can access my account to their website and not on the app maybe hire more some developer that is knowledgeable on this cause you will loose clients for this
