Please schedule recurring pick ups. It’s annoying to have to think about it every Saturday otherwise we end up with tones of trash until next week
Outstanding Incompetence
I’ve tried to give ReCapp the benefit of the doubt, but this app is beyond broken. It’s supposed to be a simple recycling app, yet somehow they’ve managed to make it impossible to use. Now they want to charge for collections, but guess what? You can’t even make a payment because the app kicks you out constantly. Payment fails no matter what card I use. Drop-down menus don’t work. I’ve spent more time trying to navigate bugs than actually recycling.
Honestly, this app feels like it was released without any proper testing. Don’t waste your time.
Good but needs better allocation slots
I’m only giving 3 star Because I’m the past 2 months they have been very bad with allocating delivery times and there are just no times available sometimes and have to wait 2 weeks which I just have bottles piling up at my home. But besides that please note that I would give 5 star if this wasn’t the case. Although still happy before hand with their service
