2 years in now using this app, won’t be using another tbh. Always updating the features making it better and any dramas help is on hand. Any ideas you think makes the app better or easier to use for engineers they take it on board and work with it.
Disappointed
Used to be a great app and relatively cheap, now the prices keep going up, the app crashes frequently, can't use offline mode for certificates, email service reminders no longer work and can't even buy credits for sms reminders, which I don't want to do as I pay already for email reminders as as mentioned before, doesn't update my card details to pay for my subscription when I enter them through the app and needs a phone call which takes time out of my day, really needs to be updated correctly and be what it was and worth the money

Quite often have issues with this, been using over a couple years, 50% of time emails don’t get sent so I have to send them manually, has bugs, when you print the print is so small it’s unreadable, should be A4 size. And now doesn’t sync with server. Also when appliance is safe to use and you click no, it should give an option to At risk/ID warning notice but you have to do manually price has gone up but the app hasn’t improved.
