Help
Updated app last night and since have been unable to get past first page. Crashes every time. Have deleted and rebooted several times still to no joy very frustrating as all working until update. Grrrr. Help.
It’s now Friday still no joy have deleted and rebooted many times, still will not go past first page. I have done everything you asked explaining in detail what happens. Missing my game enjoy so much, when you have retired it passes some enjoyable times as my wife also plays on her tablet with no problems.

Can you please reach out to our customer support via support@gamepoint.com with your player name and which device you're using. Put as much info in your mail as possible (what exactly is happening, what do you see, how far does it load, etc.). This will help us investigate why you can't connect to our game. Need to look into some errors
Hi, firstly I absolutely loved this game, but recently winning has become very hit and miss, 3 times in a week have won on a line or pattern etc and not paid out, some people in chat say maybe not pressing quick enough, but that shouldn’t matter, a win is a win, makes it really disappointing as takes the fun out of the game, have regretfully deleted due to this, want my games to be fun and light relief not competing with up to 100 players as to who presses buttons quicker
Thank you for replying, is appreciated, it seems I am just not quick enough so should in all honesty find a slower, less competitive game, as I really only play for the fun of it and don’t want my game time to be so driven to beat competitors rather than win on numbers alone, is a shame as I really enjoy your format.

Hello Charleybird! Thank you so much for your review. We do agree, a win should be paid out. If you have any game, where you were announced as a winner, but didn't get the coins, please reach out to the Customer Support with the time/room/stake so we can investigate. However, your fellow players are not wrong. There are two types of game rooms. Manuel and Auto. In automated rooms GamePoint is daubing your numbers. This means all the correct numbers are getting daubed at the same time. In this case we can have multiple winners and prizes are shared. In manual rooms every player has to daub themselves. This means if another player is faster, he gets the win. If you have more questions or need any assitance, feel free to contact our Customer Support. They'll happily answer all your questions! Crashing
Can any one advise please? I have played Gamepoint Bingo for many years, but all of a sudden I can’t play, it just crashes on me, I did as they advice and deleted several times, reinstalled. Makes no difference, I’m sure one of you technofobes has hopefully sussed it out. Thank you Lyn
