for Meetings: Minutes & Agenda 4+

Great app already, but huge potential for more

This is already a very well executed app, and merits the price of the in app purchase at version 1. I've been trying it out for a few weeks now, and have been impressed enough to plunk down my cash to remove the 20 meeting limit.

However, as with all version 1s, it isn't perfect. Some additional features would push it up to 5 stars: synching between devices via iCloud, Dropbox or Box, the ability to send meetings to colleagues for them to import into their own for Meetings app, and (wildly ambitious) collaborative features to allow people to add, edit and update meeting notes would be great. A desktop or browser based version would also be a good addition.

Excellent meeting planner and productivity app

I have updated this review because, even without regular updates this app is still an integral part of my daily life. For those of us who do a huge amount of work when mobile and have responsibility for delivering outcomes from meetings, the structured way this app makes me think about meetings has improved my productivity tenfold. You need discipline to use it and to take the time to understand its interface but everyone who has seen the agendas and minute notes it produces have been totally impressed. If I were the developer I would increase the price, refresh the app and in the fullness of time partner it with a web based interface. Other than that it’s great.

Splendid app, would benefit from sync

An excellent tool that easily turns my random jottings into some well formatted meeting minutes, and a real pleasure to use. As a paid-up user, I'd like to see some further development, especially syncing and backup.
