Exceptional service

I dont know why people hate etihad, I have been travelling on this airline since i was 12 adn the setvice is always perfect. Unfortunately, I had an injury at Brussels airport, they were soo kind to help me through everything and make all the process as smooth as possible. I didnt complain or anything to the airline because tbh there was nothing to complain, after a month got a full refund on my ticket and my miles were still thereee!! Thank you so much Etihad for providing exceptional service and for being so kind !!

To all Europeans THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER !

This is the most ridiculous airway for a traveler ,I book my flight for me and my wife from Bahrain to Dubai a month ago I payed almost 500€ ,Once I arrive in the airport of bahrain they told me that my passport is valid for only 3 more months and I cannot travel (something they never inform me threw email before except the last day while I was traveling a guy from ALMOSAFER agency showing me why I’m not aloud to travel,the rules after the ticket was payed ….. )

I tried to talk with the guy in the front office of ETIHAD airways and he didn’t even try to help me .. then I had to go to EMIRATES that they straight make everything to help me and they find me a solution !

At the same momment before my flight I try to change the flight or to cancel at least the one way to Abu Dhabi so I can at least use the return way and they refuse !!! They told me that I cannot use the return ticket either if I had already paid for me and my wife !

The costumer service (named ABDALLAH from ALMOSAFER agency ) he was arrogant,un polite and not helpful at all , and except this they asked me to pay a penalty of 200€ if I wanted to cancel my tickets …

To all Europeans to all the people out there NEVER USE THIS APPLICATION. I wish I could upload the whole conversation in screenshot with this people behind this application to see how arrogant,disrespectful they are !

Truly wonderful people working for Etihad at all levels but I can't believe how bad their booking system is and trying to make a claim for what I believe was system error that cost me £800 is turning out to be an absolute nightmare. I know for sure the following cannot possibly be true but it feels like I am dealing with an incompetent organisation stuck with systems vexatiously designed to frustrate their customers.

Having been going round and round in circles I now plan to send details of my claim, they keep calling it feedback for some reason, to their legal department as I am quite willing to take them to court should this become necessary. Once again, I repeat, my wife and I found all Etihad staff, at the airports, on the flights, and when talking with them on the phone to be truly wonderful, I feel so sorry for them having to work with such bad systems.
