Good APP to Track Indifferent Drivers

This is a great app…easy for payment and tracking rides. Especially when your taxi driver unnecessarily runs up the meter.

it’s good, with caveats

this is an app that is worth having in your life. The map detail is insane, often better than Google Maps and always better than Uber/Careem. It’s really easy to use and does, ultimately, get you a cab, for free without calling the booking line. The caveats: 1. it doesn’t close properly - each time you open it, it’s likely stuck in the state from when you last used it. Not really a problem, just wait 30 seconds. 2. the cab driver isn’t actually told where you are, in the sense of an accurate GPS or dot on a map. That can get weird because sometimes they are told you are somewhere completely different! Write in the Note field where you actually are, it gets sent to the cab driver screen. 3. it used to always and accurately track the cab in real time on the map as it came to you, really useful, but this has now become hit and miss, more miss, which is a bit annoying. Fix these little things and you will have single handed THE BEST APP IN ABU DHABI.

Have to reboot every time I need to book a taxi

I have an iPhone. After each journey, after I have paid my journey stays on the app. I cannot book another taxi. I have to reboot my phone to clear the data that is stuck on the app. I have given feedback to AD Taxi and they say the job is stuck and they clear it but it doesn’t clear from my screen so I need to reboot again. I have tried deleting the app and installing it again but it is still the same. It is very annoying.
