ESS 42 - Reflexis One 4+

Developer seriously needs to get to grip with the issues this app has but it appears no length of complaints will persuade them to make the necessary changes to make this app efficient.

The app crashes constantly, the “keep me signed in” option may as well be non existent because it doesn’t work. If I sign in and the app crashes (normally multiple times) I have to be sent verification codes each time I sign in, which there is a limit on! I’ve been caught out by this several times and have either been unable to access my timetable or worse, be unable to clock in through the app resulting in me losing money.

It’s an absolute joke that these issues have never been resolved in the time the app has been out and none of the complaints or consumer feedback been addressed. only a few simple changes would make this app usable, starting with the app not crashing constantly 👍🏻

Awful app! In fact the worst app I’ve ever used! It doesn’t load it takes forever when it does decide to load and then it throws me out if I’m logged in. The creators of this app need to do a lot of fixes and changes ASAP big companies are using this for their staff to clock in and out some have lost money through this app and during this climate they can’t afford to! You should be ashamed to allow this app to carry on being available whilst it’s running how it is!

As handy as it is being able to see our work rota and information. The majority of the time the app does not load, it does not even come to the login page, and if you’re lucky it’ll then take a very long time to log in. Secondly, for the company I work for, I am very surprised they have chosen to go with an app that is not up to any kind of standard as it really is a shambles. There are many errors which can be improved, as well as the speed of loading and changing pages
