Escape Prison 3

Loved it except if you hadn’t played the previous ones it would be hard with some of the instructions in Chinese! But overall a good free game, with plenty of free hints, and quite hard puzzles as they lacked instruction for a lot of them, it played well with no real bugs and I enjoyed it, quite a long game for a freebie too.

It’s ok

Only started playing and keep getting a pop up asking me to rate the game. It seems ok up to now. Some parts are a little frustrating, the translation to English isn’t great. There are parts you can’t access like a ladder, it just says “not yet” yet it still allows you to click on areas that are no longer needed after you have collected the item from that area, which is frustrating. The puzzles are ok, it had anything too challenging yet.

Edit: it’s a good game but some of the puzzles make absolutely no sense, there were a couple which I had to use a hint and felt if I had stuck it out I would have figured it out. Then there were some that just made no sense at all even with the hint. The first 2 prison games were much better.

Prison Adventure 3 is the worst but the rest are great

I’ve really enjoyed playing the other escape games by this company, but Prison Adventure 3 is terrible. A lot of the puzzles make no sense at all and the clues do not naturally lead you back to the room or area of the problem you need to solve. I spent ages trying to solve a few clues and had to give up and get a hint. When they showed the solution it was ‘WHAT?!’ The solution and how you were supposed to come to it made no sense all. I gave up playing halfway through as it wasn’t enjoyable and I didn’t want to keep trying to solve puzzles with nonsensical solutions. Also the English translation on this one is the worst of all of them. All the other ones I’ve played have been excellent though. This one should be shelved immediately and rethought.
