After writing a review in regards the APP, they connected me to say they would improve the APP and ask me for some feedback which I did emailed them. This showed me that they have a good customer service. As for the Unfortunately it’s not user friendly at all but after running it for few days I understood how to user.
Help guide needs a hard work to improve it by the developer to make sure is easy for people like me ( who is not technical ).

So I found this app easy to use for setting up my system however it rarely gives me accurate generation data. The dashboard tab consistently asks for log in details over and over again and rarely works unless you log out, close the app, wait a few minutes and then log back in.

The generation data is massively inaccurate on my standard enphase gateway and although on my smart meter I can see it is generating 1Kw plus the app reports random values around 100w. This in turn makes the data on the enlighten app incorrect as well.

These issues are really annoying but if you only need it to set up a system then it works ok for this purpose.

As an installer who installs enphase daily in the UK I have gotten to know the quirks of enphase toolkit. Having to delete and download the app weekly is slight pain as it doesn’t recognise my login details until I delete the app and re-install - then it works…

I’ve noticed when creating support cases for defective micros that is says I don’t have permission to do it but then sometimes slows this - the quickest thing to do is call enphase technical and do it that way.

Overall it is a good app but let down by bugs that have been on this app for a long time surely it doesn’t take long for a programmer to sort this what’s the hold up?
