Great Stethoscope

Great app. Love the filter between wide, cardiac and pulmonary which works well. No had any problems.

A non/functioning gimmick

This was meant to be able to improve auscultation and diagnosis. The recordings are low amplitude and the sound doesn’t even record, unlike the samples. And it is not possible to zoom in to the trace either.
I was also led to believe when buying the Eko that this app would allow me to listen directly through the app but this is not happening. All in all, a very poor attempt at what would have been a useful piece of equipment. (A comment on the device - the battery seems to last for maximum half an hour before needing charging. Even less useful)
Update: according to their “support”, the mic is defective. To return it, I must pay shipping, and to get a replacement I must pay shipping.
My impression is of a poor quality device, with poor quality control in the manufacturing, and a waste of
money. AVOID!!

The best electronic stethoscope I’ve ever used

Although the Eko’s stethoscope head is quite bulky, this is a very easy to use electronic stethoscope. The ecg quality is very good and allows the recording of complete phonocardiograms that I use for teaching
