EduLink One 4+

Honestly, I thought this app was way better when I first installed but after using it for a bit I realized how bad it really is. Firstly, whenever i try to check my achievement/behaviour points, they do show but it never displays the total, so I have to manually count each and every one, and obviously this gets irritating, tiring after a while. Secondly, I swear the layout of the app changes every few weeks which gets annoying and hard to manage. Thirdly, when I try to login, it says my ‘ password or login is incorrect ‘ and I have to go to safari and log in all over again ( my password/login isn’t actually ever wrong, it just doesn’t work on the app for whatever reason?? ) and even when I click ‘ save login details ‘ I have to go to safari and repeat the process every time I go on the app. This app seems to be getting worse the more I use it. In conclusion, although it’s not the worst, I wish my school picked a different app for us to use.

I’m a student who uses this app the app on Safari is ok, but it takes me a while to log in. Thus, I go to the app to get things done faster, sometimes, when I press my school it loads instantly, but it can also take a while which means it means an update… until now. When I clicked on my school once again today, it took a while, so I went to check if there was an update but there was none, I went back and refreshed the application, but it still didn't log me in. I took a long time trying to figure out how to get it working again, but I had a tight schedule, so I had to use the website on Google which, as I said before, takes a while. Therefore, my schedule was confusing, and I had to go through the same slow process through the website every day.

Conclusion:
This app would be just fine if you could get this problem fixed, so please do so as soon as you can.

The difficulty being so many times you click on something, say the homework page to find finer detail and the box opens up too large for the screen for you to be able to then close it. You then can’t do anything further other than wait until you leave for a certain period of time for it to log you out and you start all over again. For a system that must be paid for by schools I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. Edulink spend some money to develop this and improve your app and star rating.
