I have no problem taking the surveys, it’s just when you go to redeem points it says go to website, and when you do nothing happens. Been in touch with them on several occasions and they are really of no use. Surely they can somehow transfer the points to you. Surely they can see how many points you have and what surveys you take so transferring them if you issues should not be a problem.
Almost unusable
So many problems when using the app. If you leave a survey part way through to look up some information the app has often reverted to the dashboard when you come back. App frequently locks during a survey. And why, after completing your personal profile, does every survey need to ask for all your details again such as age, gender etc?
Nectar referral not working
Filled in the form on their website to then be told the email address is already registered. Requested to reset password by them sending link via email - nothing, not even in spam folder. Downloaded app to request password reset, and it just freezes so can’t even put in email address.
