Slow

This app has improved over time, however the app is far too slow to refresh and does not seem to cache data. The UI is not particularly intuitive and a little clunky.

The opportunity pipeline in list form does not fit the page and the page seems to have a fixed width, therefore I have to export to excel if I want to look carefully at the pipeline.

The online version has some similarities in terms of display issues, which illustrates that the app is merely the a browser in a frame pretending to be an app.

Overall it’s not great. Hubspot works better as an iPad app, but Dynamics is more powerful.

Pushing an app with fewer features

Microsoft wants to EOL the previous app while this sales tool doesn’t even scan a business card, something a million indie devs have in every app. It’s ridiculous to me that accurate OCR from business cards isn’t considered a top priority.
