Tewkesbury restaurant has no customer care, very slow to serve, couldn’t care attitude
Very poor service in the restaurant, phoning to book afternoon tea as not able to do it on line told it was my fault. Went to help desk and they couldn’t book it online either but they went and did it manually. Arrived for it and staff very offhand as my husband didn’t want the afternoon tea but we had booked a
Table for 3. 2 for afternoon tea and one picking off the menu, made to feel a nuisance as only set for 2. The tea itself was delicious but too much so asked for a box to take it home. Unfortunately busy talking to my grandson and forgot to pick the box up. Once in the car less than 20 minutes later realised I had forgotten my box of goodies and phoned restaurant only to be told hard luck it is in the bin. They couldn’t even say sorry, seemed to take delight in the fact they had thrown it away. They had my name as booked it and was obvious I wanted to enjoy what was left later but no as soon as you leave the table it goes in the bin so even returning a couple of minutes later wouldn’t have been any good. Customer complaints is suppose to be investigating it
Fine on iPhone but ..
I was able to log in to my account via the iPhone, but when I tried via my iPad I could not get the number button to work. My password for the account has letters and numbers. I know my iPad works okay as I can use numbers perfectly okay. But this app appears not to work for being able to type the numbers in.
