This product is good, sound quality and clarity is amazing. Feels like you are in a recording studio. The voice control needs more doesn’t work or respond. This will need updating. What I like most about this product is that it doesn’t stick out of your ears. It fits snugly within the ear canal and doesn’t protrude unlike some other makes.

Charging doesn’t work
I’m not too sure if this is related to the app or the actual charging case itself, but the headphones simply do not charge correctly at all. I always find that 1 headphone is fully charged and the other is on 5%. I was originally using a wireless charging pad and I thought this might be the issue, so before I went to sleep I then used the USB-C, the left earbud was on 5% and the right was on 66% and showing the charging symbol, I then wake up this morning and see that the right earbud is on 5% and the left is on 60%??
It’s so annoying because these are quality headphones when they work but I can hardly use them because either one hasn’t charged correctly and runs out of battery after 10 minutes.

Delighted with my Devialet earbuds.
I know it’s early days but the application needs more work. It’s takes forever for the earbuds to remain connected with your iPhone and then I can’t update the right earbuds. Finally when I got it updated after 3 days, it failed to connect with my phone. Very upsetting. The latest issue I noticed today 10th January 2021 is that the earbuds still play while stored away in the chamber. This has led to the battery running down instead of being on charge mode. Also, they don’t seat well in the chamber at times so I need to fiddle with it do it makes contact 😡
