Lines: Explore each metro and bus line in detail, viewing the associated stations, live movement and available amenities.
Bus on Demand: A complementary service designed to bridge the gap between your home and public transport hubs, effectively covering the first and last mile. This service is free of charge with the purchase of your metro or bus ticket.
Park & Ride: Park your car and seamlessly continue to the public transport network using your darb card for a smooth and convenient journey.
Tickets: The app offers several time-based first class tickets for metro and regular class tickets for bus options: for 2-hour, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day durations. You can buy your tickets and use QR code e-tickets directly on the bus or metro. Additionally, the app provides a feature to review purchase history and travel history.
My Account: The app enables you to manage your account information at any time. This includes making changes to the name, mobile number, date of birth, and gender.

Ratings and Reviews
Useless
Seems that this app was created by people who have never used public transport.
1. You see a live location map with tiny bus icons indicating bus stops around me, but there is no way to find out which bus lines stop there.
2. There is a schematic map of all the routes (looks like a pdf version that you need to zoom to read). Having said that, unless you know Riyadh very well, there is no way to know where are you located and what are the routes that service your area
3. You can search for a from-to directions. The app will suggest a route but you only get a text version step-by-step description. You can not see the actual route on the map. (Hence it is hard to follow)
4. You can see all available bus lines, but I would expect when I click on a line to see the actual route on the map, not just a list of stop names, which for a foreigner (and maybe local) mean close to nothing
5. I can not find the timetable of a bus line

Faulty and lacking in basic functionality
Possibly one of the worst apps I’ve used, has no useful information such as operating times or service updates, which would be useful given the service is so problematic. Also has a bug every time you first open your ticket which causes it to crash every time.
Needs work
Buses stop outside my house. But according to the app it cant find any routes to even granada mall, 10 minutes by car. The other review is excellent and highlights many of the issues. But in all honesty I am going to use my car , why waste time , the buses stop outside my place but according to the app go no where.
